Sustainability
Many of our clients express an interest in sustainable architectural practices or "green architecture." Our commitment to sustainable architecture grows out of concern for the planet, a desire for energy cost savings, particular health concerns or simply a desire for quality construction. Sustainable architecture addresses all of those concerns but there are a multitude of potential solutions for each project.
We will work with you to decide what the appropriate technologies are for your needs and budget weighing long and short term goals, appropriateness of use and overall environmental impact. We have extensive knowledge of green building technologies and we have several LEED accredited professionals on staff if you want to have your project certified. Our philosophy is that there are certain simple steps that we can always take to build sustainably that are also excellent investments in the value of your property:
