RMF Entities  Minneapolis, MN 2004

RMF Entities is a residential development company located in the Uptown area of Minneapolis. Working with an extremely tight budget and construction deadline, U+B designed the offices to maximize daylight while maintaining acoustical privacy for individual offices. This was accomplished by creating a continuous window wall of transparent and translucent panes which allows sunlight to penetrate from the exterior wall through the private offices into the interior. Strong contrasting colors help to further enliven the interior volumes.
