A sales center for a townhouse development in Uptown, Minneapolis, the project is both a showcase for the aesthetic vision of the development and an efficient setting for selling and personalizing the development's townhouse units. A white drywall "wrapper" set against a dark background defines an area for a model kitchen, meeting room and purchasing office.
