Lifelong Wealth Advisors came to U+B Architecture and Design with a vision to create a lasting legacy with the next phase of growth for their company. They were ready to move their business out of the central business district of downtown Minneapolis north to Arden Hills to a site with easier access for employees and clients, and the ability to call their offices their own.

We designed an optimal office plan for their business program that includes private offices for all employees, 3 conference rooms, and a rec room with amenities including a kitchenette, arcade games and a golf simulator. The welcoming entry provides a modern and inviting atmosphere for visiting clients and guests boasting a 2-sided fireplace with comfortable seating indoors and out and warm wood accents paired with the modern exposed structure. The Rec room, which often hosts client appreciation events and is also set up as an employee amenity space, has the ability to be completely open to the outdoors from spring to fall to enjoy the outdoor fireplace, picnic area and outdoor lounge.
