The Finch

Overlooking Fred Richards Park and adjacent to the 9 Mile Creek Regional Trail, The Finch welcomes residents and visitors with an elegant, colorful and art filled entry. U+B designed the public spaces of the apartment project to provide a welcoming and supportive space for meeting, working, and community gatherings. Arched openings, curved and textured wood and wallpaper by artist Suyao Tian create rich, multilayered spaces that are intimate and engaging. Amenities include a game room, pub and chef’s kitchen and outdoor terraces for gathering and entertaining, and a library, offices and meeting rooms for remote workers and quiet retreats. Exercise and wellness facilities include a swimming pool, hot tub, gym, yoga studio and basketball court.
